Some of our anaerobic processes coffees in the works at the mill. This lot is a Caturra from Melico and will be dry processed on raised beds.

Harvest here in Jardin is winding down, while the the crop was smaller the quality has been amazing.

The coffee flow is picking up in Jardin Colombia. These farm lots are being delivered to our mill and will soon be shipping to the USA. We work directly with the farms and make sure we can supply traceable high quality micro lots giving these farmers access to US market.

Today, we say “Thank You” to Don Carlos Paniagua Zuñiga. After providing us with 50 years of leadership, he is retiring to spend more time with his wife and family.

He has been an example and a mentor to all of us.

An amazing first look at the flowering at Hacienda La Minita. In around 3-4 days these flowers should set and the cherry will begin to develop. In Late December early Jan we will begin to harvest the 2022/23 crop! In the meantime we will see the current crop arriving into the USA soon!
