We were feeling a little unconventional recently, and came up with this tasty variation of a traditional favorite...

Chesterton's Margarita

2 oz Bradford's Chesterton's Gin
Juice of one lime
1⁄2 oz Orange liqueur
1⁄2 oz Agave syrup

(Optional) Salt rim of glass with kosher salt.

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime.

Warm weather refreshment...

Bradford's Blueberry Ginger Vodka Mojito

8 blueberries
6-8 mint leaves
juice of 1 lime
1 1/2 oz ginger simple syrup
2 oz Bradford Vodka
1 oz club soda

Muddle blueberries and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice, ginger simple syrup, vodka, and ice. Cover and shake 10 times. Pour into glass, fill with ice, top with 1 oz club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and additional blueberries.
