It can seem overwhelming at first, for sure, and scary! This is why we all often times need a little help and encouragement.
One of the ways that is most requested of me to help, once a plan is in place, is either recipes and cooking lessons or to actually cook for the client.
I cannot do in person lessons or cook for everyone, but I can certainly help in other ways. This is a big part of any program, the learning of new tools and tricks to make the changes easier, and, therefore, manageable long term.
