Well, petunia tricked us good and ended up not being bred, so we've moved her and Rosita in with George for now and are hoping for some summer babies. We did however grab some new baby chicks to add to the flock!!

We did our first ever round of meat birds today!! I couldn't have done it without sow good dad's parents and a super great friend that came and showed us the ropes and lent extra hands!! We're all pooped out, but we have 13 birds in the freezer now ❤️ eventually this is something we'd be open to offer for sale, but for right now we're perfecting our process!!

Farming isn't always about animals around here, the last couple weeks it's been about pools and pavers 🤣 I've been trying to get the pavers put in before sow good dad gets home from being out of town for work❤️ at least the slackers in the pool splashed me every once in awhile to keep me cool 🤣
