I think this pic is from around 1999 when the farm entrance was literally a briar patch/snake pit.

A lady I know once told me, “I used to go to Allisonia in the 70’s to buy m@rijuana but I was afraid to stop the car for fear a snake might crawl in!” 🤣

It took us decades to get the roadside looking like a park.

I’ve said it before, the hardest part of shaving a huge mustache is learning how to smile again! 🤣

In other news, Rylan and I are training all of our plants into vertical position. Our season seems to be around a month delayed after our wacky weather patterns.

Joanna Gaines (my wife, not the celeb) asked me to post about her bread and awesome farm fresh eggs of all color from our friend’s farm (The Phillips).

It’s fantastic sourdough bread and also so dense it could be used as personal protection! 🤣
