First and Far most, I want to give Thanks to Jesus Christ My Savior for this opportunity he has bestowed upon me and showed me the way to peoples hearts. My wife and I have finally made the decision to open our own food business. Although fear is with us and fearing things in life is normal, through faith, hope, and prayer together we can succeed the possible. So here we go. Ready , set, go taste buds. On my 7 days off , we will be smoking our meats from home, along with homemade delicious sides. If all goes well, Look out Hobbs, we will be expanding to a more permanent place. Let’s bring great BBQ to Hobbs. Catering is part of our growth to all including company’s, etc. We are working on a menu as we speak and will be giving away caps, koozie cup holders, and T-shirts in August.
