Processing Plant Mechanic - Day and Night shift positions.
Must possess mechanical aptitude, plumbing, electrical and PLC knowledge. Prior experience in food processing industry a plus but will train right individuals.
Fast paced, cold and sanitary industrial environment with safety and quality always top priority.
Must be reliable and eager to learn and grow.
Pay starts at $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience, with bonus possibilities. Benefits available upon completion of pre-set levels of employment.

RMS Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands on candidate as a full-time Controller. The Controller will serve as the primary advisor to the Owner/President on financial matters. The successful candidate will oversee all fiscal responsibilities for multiple companies.
Responsibilities required, but not limited to:
• Monthly financial closing including all general ledger entries and reconciliations
• Manage the day-to-day accounting duties including accounts payable, chart of accounts, reconciliations of accounts and the general ledger.
• Prepare budget, financial reports, auditing, and cash management.
• Submit payroll taxes and workers comp monthly plus quarterly payroll reconciliations and annual year end reporting
• Reconcile inventory and identify areas of improvement
• Review vendor and customer contracts
• Calculate monthly sales and use tax reports
• Enter and reconcile fixed assets
• Supervise Accounts Payable process and monitor cash flows
• Prepare credit card reconciliations and vendor online payments
• Oversee customer billing, discrepancies and collections
• Use intermediate to advanced Excel functions and be familiar with accounting software
• Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures
• Coordinate with the owner and HR Manager on Employee Benefits and 401 K
• Coordinate reporting with outside CPA firm for accounting related matters
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years financial management or accounting experience
• Knowledge and experience of accounting software is required; Peachtree/Sage 50 preferred

Schedule:
