We had the privilege of helping cater to Martin County Council PTA/ PTSA for their first training. We want to say a special thank you to them for thinking of us to help provide a great lunch for them to enjoy.

Thank you so much The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast for inviting us to your Future Me Fair. Our teens were so happy to tell young children all the fun and exciting things that they get to do within the Culinary Program at Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County.

This month, our Culinary Operations staff went to the Indiantown Club to provide culinary training to new teen members who are joining our program. Chefs Dan, John, and Patrick visited on three separate occasions to demonstrate basic culinary skills. On the first day, Chef Patrick taught the teens the safety procedures for using a knife and showed them different cutting styles. The second trip was dedicated to teaching the teens the newest and most popular cooking style from our program, making handmade sushi rolls. On the last day, the Fork In The Road food truck was brought to show them what they will be doing while working at food truck events. We are beyond excited to welcome new additions from our Indiantown club to join our team.

The Fork in the Road team made its way to Palm City's Farmers Market at Newfield Farms for the Grand Opening of The Market at Newfield Farms. The market offered an array of local and regional vendors showcasing goods, locally sourced foods and herbs, and one-of-a-kind experiences. The Fork in the Road team presented a Spanish-style Brunch menu paired with refreshing cold beverages. We look forward to joining them again on Sept. 16th from 9am-1pm for their upcoming market!

We would like to show our support to the CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County and his unwavering dedication to the kids, families and the organization. Mr. Fletch is an integral part of all of our clubs and we are so proud of how much he has contributed to our program.

The Martin County School District extended an invitation to BGCMC Fork In the Road to cater lunch for administrators, principals, and new educators, marking a warm welcome back for the 23/24 school year. By providing these delicious lunches, we aimed to demonstrate our unwavering support for the school district and acknowledge their dedication to ensuring the children of Martin County receive the finest education possible.

We would like to take a moment to acknowledge the teens in the culinary program who made this summer so special. All of our teens have done an exceptional job at working hard, motivating themselves and each other, taking pride in their efforts, and ensuring they exceed the expectations of the Boys and Girls Club of Martin County. They have demonstrated to Chef Dan and Chef Patrick the immense potential they possess. We want to express our gratitude to every teen in our program for making this summer so memorable. Our appreciation also extends to the organizations supporting us through the BGCMC Fork In the Road initiative, providing valuable learning experiences while catering events. Together, you have all contributed to creating beautiful memories and leaving a lasting impact.
