BouveryCV is an Award Winning small batch dark chocolate liqueur, made in CT USA.

Our cacao is sourced from South America and blended with a premium gluten free vodka from the local CT distillery. 'BouveryCV, which features gluten-free vodka infused with cocoa and natural flavors, is the product of a rich, chocolatey odyssey that began almost 20 years ago in London’s trendy Notting Hill area. Company founder (and UK native) Danny Bouvery began hand-blending fine chocolate and g

ood vodka (both regular occupants of his refrigerator) into small batches of boozy goodness that seduced all who sampled them. After much experimenting (and a subsequent move to Manhattan), Bouvery finally perfected his secret recipe, (and was not above using it to gain entry to the best parties). Eventually, with friends, colleagues, bar owners, and even the odd celebrity chef clamoring for the recipe, Bouvery realized it was time for him to partner with a flavorist and a distillery that could help his concoction reach more people. And so, it is with great pleasure (and no small amount of pride) that we present BouveryCV, a deliciously decadent spirit made in the USA, using only the finest ingredients.'

RAZZED IN CHOCOLATE🍫
Ingredients:
2oz vodka
1.5oz Chambord
0.5oz Bouvery CV™ dark chocolate liqueur
4-5 raspberries to garnish
Ghirardelli dark chocolate raspberry bar square for shavings
Method:
Chill cocktail glasses. Add ingredients to shaker and fill with ice. Shake until cold and fine strain into chilled glasses. Garnish with raspberries on cocktail pick and dark chocolate shavings. Cheers!
