Hey guys, Matt here! If we haven’t met, I am one of the co-founders of , and I have been the head farmer at SH for the past 10 years!

Recently, I have furthered my mission to ensure a sustainable future for us all with a new venture all the way in Pennsylvania called . We, my wife Lisa and I, are excited to share this journey with you all, so please give us a follow!

When we pull lettuce out from grow beds, we keep the roots intact!

Why do we do that, you ask?

Because when we keep the root intact, it gives the head of lettuce up to a 3-week shelf life in the fridge.
