Some Breed and Cattle may finish as late as 34 months of age. Weight: Heifers usually weight out at 900-1,100 pounds. Steers usually weigh out to a projected to finish 1,200 - 1,400 lb +. Processing: Includes a scheduled drop date of based on current available calender acceptance dates of various USDA certified processors. You work directly with the Processor in advance for deposit and completed cut sheet. They will hang 14 days minimum and 21 if requested. All processing fees direct between buyer and processor. * You can pick up at the processor or arrangements and be made for delivery at an additional fee.
