Hoffman Locker

Hoffman Locker We are a family owned, full-service cut and wrap slaughterhouse and meat processing facility. We harvest and cut to order beef, pork, lamb, and goat.

We also process wild game such as deer, elk, and bear. There is still time, but our processing openings for 2022 are filling up quickly. There is always a chance of a cancellation, so please call for the most up to date availability.

We are open Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm, Saturday 7am to 12pm. Cash or check is accepted.

We are looking for a hardworking individual who is willing to put in the work to make a difference. Experience in a slaughterhouse/meat processing facility is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Must be dependable, have a hard work ethic and be comfortable with the harvesting process and handling of livestock.

Duties of this position as a Meat Processor include but are not limited to:

-Assist with harvesting all livestock

-Work as part of a team to process animal to customer specifications which include cutting, deboning, grinding, stuffing, slicing.

-Cleanup and sanitize all work areas daily.

-Assist customers as they arrive for their processing.

This is a full time hourly position with pay based on experience. Typical working hours will be from 7am-4:30pm Monday through Friday with two 15 minute paid breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Occasional Saturday hours to assist customers with processing pickup. This position is eligible for overtime.

Merry Christmas everyone, and happy Friday. For those that have come in and picked up processing over the past couple weeks, thank you, we appreciate your business. If you have not been able to come in, we are open until 1pm today and will be closed Saturday 12/25. We will resume normal business hours on Monday 12/27.

Lockers are rented on a first come first serve basis and we would require processing be paid prior to storage.

We need your help!!

Our freezers are filling up and we would appreciate your help in emptying them. If you have been contacted regarding your processing being complete, stop in and pick it up. Please be sure to bring coolers, totes or bags to carry out as we have limited box supply.
