Wow 🥹 Thank you!

I am truly overwhelmed by the love and support shown at Summerfest this weekend.

By 2 PM, you all had completely sold us out of:
♡ 36 sourdough cinnamon rolls
♡ 40 brownies & pastries
♡ 100+ sourdough cookies
♡ 18 garlic & herb sourdough focaccias
♡ 30+ sourdough loaves, including artisan loaves, soft sandwich loaves, sub rolls and English muffins.

Every loaf, cookie, brownie, and cinnamon roll was thoughtfully mixed, shaped, baked, and packaged right here on our family farmstead, and knowing so many of you chose to bring them home to your families means more than I can put into words.

Whether you're a longtime customer or stopped by for the very first time, thank you for supporting our family farm, and this dream. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.🫶

If you're out enjoying the festivities today, be sure to stop by LionHeart Farm Market & Bakery and check out all the fresh goodies we've brought with us!

From artisan sourdough, soft sandwich bread, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, pastries, focaccia, and more ♡ everything is made from scratch using real organic ingredients, and plenty of heart.

You'll also find a little fresh produce, pasture-raised eggs, homemade granola, hearth mixes, bread crumbs, and handmade wood decor.

🧡 SUMMERFEST IS THIS SATURDAY! 🧡

LionHeart Farm Market & Bakery will be set up with a full bakery booth and plenty of fresh favorites!

🤍We'll have a large selection of our long-fermented sourdough products, including artisan loaves, soft sandwich bread, English muffins, focaccia, sub rolls, cinnamon rolls, cookies, pastries, and more.

Along with all our listed baked goods, we'll also have,

What a wonderful day at the Hohenwald Farmers Market yesterday!

Thank you to everyone who came out to shop local, support our amazing vendors, and help make it such a successful market day. We are so grateful for this community and the support you continue to show small businesses, farmers, makers, and bakers.

LionHeart Farm Market + Bakery will be closed today. However, if you find yourself in need of fresh pasture-raised eggs, send us a message and we'll be happy to help.

Also, the Hohenwald Farmers Market will be closed next weekend, but you'll be able to find us at Summerfest on June 6th! We'll have plenty of your favorite breads, baked goods, and homestead treats available.

Summerfest pre-orders are welcome, so if there's something specific you'd like us to bring, send us a message and we'll make sure it's set aside for you.

Today feels heavier for some than words can explain.

As we enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted, I’m thinking of the men and women who gave everything for this country, and the families and brothers-in-arms who still carry those losses every single day.

Some sacrifices never fully leave the people who witnessed them.

We try to live each day with gratitude, faith, purpose, and love, not just for ourselves, but in honor of those who never made it home. Their sacrifice mattered. It still matters.

Remembering them today, and praying for the ones who carry the weight of survival, memory, and loss long after the uniforms come off.

God bless the fallen, the families they left behind, and those still fighting battles we cannot see.

May we never forget.

We’ll have our Buffalo River Bottom sourdough cookies available this weekend at the Hohenwald Farmers Market on Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. - along with our brown butter chocolate chip sourdough cookies!

Our Buffalo River Bottom cookies are loaded with:
• organic oats
• organic pretzels
• pecans
• caramel bits
• dark & white chocolate

They have the most amazing texture from our sourdough base (no sour taste), and they’ve quickly become a customer favorite - especially for weekends spent along the Buffalo River.

Our Large 4 oz Cookies are $3 each, perfect for:

• campfires & cookouts
• road trip snacks
