Immeasurably More Homestead We’re a small homestead raising Nigerian Dwarf goats, Large fowl & Silkie chickens. We also have a horse, a pig, and 3 barn cats.

We’re working on being more self sustainable. Selling goats & chickens along with hatching & eating eggs 🐎 🐐 🐓 🐈 🐖

The evolution of a small rose bush…. This bush didn’t do well last year and only grew one really long stem that dropped significantly when the rose bloomed. We cut it back last fall and this year, it had four blossoms on it at once and three bloomed about the same time. It was fun to watch it change daily and sometimes hourly.

Yass!!! Like this homesteader says … imagine a world ….

Imagine a world where there is a farmstand on every block.
Where an elderly neighbor has easy access to fresh eggs and tomatoes. Where a tired mom can quickly grab a real loaf of bread on her way home from work.
Where produce is locally grown and products aren’t full of toxins. Where you can buy plants to start your own garden without breaking the bank.
The farmstands you’re seeing more and more of are not a just a trend. I believe it is an answer to a call. People want REAL food, with real ingredients, made in their community and handled with love and care.
Anyways, that’s my soapbox. Here’s a pic of my baby girl barefoot in the garden pickin’ her favorite snack. Support your local farmstand 🫶
