❤️🍽️ JK Catering & BBQ BELIEVES IN GIVING BACK! 🍽️❤️

We were honored to donate a meal to CORE Community Barton County and support the incredible work they are doing right here in our community!

CORE is helping individuals and families overcome obstacles, build healthy support systems, discover opportunities, and access the resources they need to thrive. ❤️

At JK Catering & BBQ, we believe our business is about more than just serving great food. It’s about serving people, supporting our community, and showing a little extra love wherever we can.

We are thankful for the opportunity to give back and be a small part of the meaningful work CORE is doing. Sometimes, a meal is more than food on a plate — it’s a way to show someone they matter. 🥰

❤️ WANT TO HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE? ❤️

If you or your organization would like to help provide a meal for CORE Community Barton County, please reach out to Carrie Romo to learn how you can get involved!

Every meal, every helping hand, and every act of kindness makes a difference. Together, we can help nourish our community in more ways than one! ❤️

Good food. Big hearts. Stronger communities.

There’s just something about that smoke ring… 😏🤤

That beautiful bark… that juicy center… and when that brisket finally gets so tender you can let the meat go limp. 😂🔥

That’s when you KNOW it’s ready! 👀

Low. Slow. Smoky. Tender.

Just the way brisket was meant to be. ❤️‍🔥

🚨🔥 EXCITING THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT JK CATERING & BBQ! 🔥🚨

When you see that food trailer sitting in the driveway, you better believe something new is coming! 😎🍖

We’ve got some BIG upgrades happening behind the scenes! We’re adding electrical throughout the trailer with plenty of outlets to make things easier, more efficient, and ready for whatever we throw at it! ⚡️🔌

And that’s not all… we’re also getting a MINI SPLIT installed! ❄️🙌 That means a much more comfortable workspace for us when we’re out there cooking up all that good BBQ!

We’re always looking for ways to improve, make things better, and take JK Catering & BBQ to the next level! 💪🔥

This little business of ours keeps growing, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead! ❤️

BIG THINGS ARE COMING, Y’ALL!!! Stay tuned because we’re just getting started! 🚨🔥🍖

09/07/2026

This past weekend was a little different for us because we weren’t set up selling BBQ, and honestly, the amount of people who came up to us and asked, “Why aren’t you guys set up this weekend?” was incredibly humbling! ❤️

It means more to us than you probably realize to know that our customers actually look forward to seeing us, enjoying our BBQ, and supporting our little business! It reminds us just how blessed we are to have such amazing and loyal customers! 🙏🏻

But this weekend, we needed to take a little time off and simply enjoy our family! Our beautiful granddaughter, Averi, turned 1 year old, and being there to celebrate such a special milestone with her was very important to us! 🎂🎉❤️

Sometimes you have to slow down, step away from the smoker, and make time for the people who mean the most to you! Family will always come first for us, and we are so thankful that our customers understand and support that!

So from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to everyone who asked about us, missed us, and continues to support JK Catering & BBQ! Your loyalty, kindness, and support mean more to us than we can put into words! ❤️🔥

We’ll be back at it soon, firing up those smokers and serving up some BBQ for all of you! 🐖🔥🍖
