Second batch is on the stove. This time I went with 50 gallons of sap for 1 gallon of Syrup.and Now I just got my third batch going now.Its going to be 60 gallons of sap for 1 gallon of syrup if anybody’s interested send me a message.

P.S I am experimenting this year with my ratio
