Destiny is taking a round of antibiotics & her milk is feeding the feral barn cats (much to their delight.

Well I picked up a pkg of the Hatch’s roasted green chilies to try. Pkg says they’re the medium heat. I’ll be testing these out in some Nubian chevre’ or goat cheese. Let me know it you want to try it when I get it made. The Hatch chilies are supposed to be superb for their flavor & they are only available for a short period of time.

Both contain homegrown scrambled eggs, pork sausage, homemade taco sauce, mild cheddar cheese, & some of JUMPIN’-HIGH SMOKIN’-HOT CHEVRE’ (goat cheese) & their velveeta style goat cheese. Lots of protein in this breakfast quenched with the sweet delicious Nubian chocolate goat milk from the JUMPIN’-HIGH Nubian girls. Jumpin’-High is located in a small rural community of Holbrook in the southeast part of Idaho
