Burch Livestock has 14 young (1-3 year old and 1 5-year old) does for sale. These does are from wether-bred genetics and most are from grandkids show does. Genetics include, El Chapo, Hazardous, Bill Pay, Otis, Neon Lights, 5 Star, Powell/Holman, Brillhart and Gallagher. Twenty three Kids from these does sold at auction this past weekend with a $900 average. The top two private treaty wethers went for $1700 each and one will be shown in Texas. All does have excellent udders, recently dewormed and current on shots. A real plus is that they are broke to an electric fence. Must cut down so does are priced at $600 each. The two yearling does have twins (black head has buck kids and brown head has a buck and a doe) and are priced at $750 each. 620-277-2512.

If you are in the market for competitive market wethers, market does or breeding does, plan to attend the Burch Livestock show goat auction held at 807 West Taylor Jones Road in Holcomb, KS March 21st at 1:00. We will be offering 20 head of top quality goats that will be competitive at any county show. The goats will be disbudded (wethers), banded, dewormed and current on all shots. They have been weaned three weeks and eating well. Call 620-277-2512 or 620-290-1753 with questions or to schedule an appointment to view goats.

Still have this 3 year old wether bred buck for sale. He is very cheap for the style, muscle, bone and balance he possesses. He is huge footed and you won’t find a tamer and nicer buck to be around- even during rut. He has produced numerous County Grand and Reserve Grand Champions in Market and Breeding. He produces lots of color with several solid reds, blacks and paints. I have attached a photo of Kelsey Hunt’s Platinum Beauty x Big Pimpin. I think you will find them very similar. He is a bargain at $2000. Located in Holcomb, KS.

Burch Livestock is offering 11 December born kids for your consideration. Pictures of wethers and doelings will be posted on Facebook with prices in comments. Goats will go to the first buyer to call 620-290-1753. When goats are spoken for, the goat will be marked as sold on the picture. The bigger goats are being sold to make room for the last six does that will be kidding soon. With that being said, we need to have goats picked as soon as possible.

Babies are out of Reckless (black and white paint buck out of a son of Hazardous on a Gallagher doe). He is pictured and also for sale for $2000. He is an excellent breeder, very gentle and an easy keeper. The other sire is Keep Believin’, a Sonrise son of Keep The Faith. Does are popular wether-bred genetics including Brillhart Hoss, 5 Star, El Chapo, Bill Pay, Otis, Neon Lights,Rainman, and Powell Holman.

In addition, we will have an on-farm sale of approximately 20 head March 21st at 1:00. These goats will have a base bid of $600. In May, we should have 10-12 that would be ideal for State Fair and KJLS that will be private treaty. Call if you have questions.
