📣 Ross Ranch Meat Club Update

PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST!!!!!

We are temporarily pausing our Meat Club (3-4 months) as we prepare for deer season, cooler weather, and the upcoming holidays, and transition to a different program!

Your support helped this grow faster than we expected, and we’re thankful! We’re working toward an easier way to get you more of the meat we raise at a more affordable price. (Club members, still reach out for your needs, just bare with us) We’ll share details once everything is ready.

With our butcher entering the busy deer season, we won’t have access to our freshly processed meat as regularly as usual. We’ll still have items available and will still be gladly serving you, just temporarily may take a bit longer!

📞 Please call ahead and give us a notice for orders. Availability and processing schedules may mean some orders take longer, so we appreciate your patience.

🦃🎄 Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here before we know it! Please plan ahead and contact us early for your holiday meat needs.

Our original faithful Meat Club members will still be filled and honored unless they want to to change to this… (we are considering switching things up) offering a Herd Share Program instead✔️‼️

Would you like to purchase a share of an animal from the Ross Ranch herd and receive locally raised meat throughout the year❓

You would be purchasing a share of an animal—and your meat would be divided into 12 convenient monthly farm pickups. This gives your family a variety of quality meat throughout the year without needing freezer space for everything at once❗️

We are considering:

📢 Important Ross Ranch Meat Club Update

We truly appreciate every member who has paid, picked up, and communicated with us on time each month.

Unfortunately, we have had ongoing trouble getting timely responses from several members.

The Meat Club was designed around a set monthly payment and pickup or delivery date chosen by each member. When someone forgets, we are left holding prepared meat and may be unable to fulfill other customers’ orders. Just like a monthly subscription, your membership date remains the same whether you remember to use it or not.

We are still serving the public as well ‼️

Effective immediately:

• Contact us by call, text, or message whenever you are ready to place your order.
• Payment must be received before we prepare your order.
• Once notified that your order is ready, you will have three days to pick it up, unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
• Payments are nonrefundable once the meat has been prepared and set aside.

We are a hardworking family operating a small farm while also working full-time jobs and raising our children. Clear communication and timely pickup make a tremendous difference for us.

Thank you to everyone who respects our time, supports our family, and continues to support Ross Ranch LLC. ❤️
