What a Krewe !

Mr. Bruce and I toured the Landry-Poché Strawberry Farms! The farm is open for U-pick and celebrating its 100th anniversary.

Come stop in and support a great local Louisiana farm and family! This weekend is also the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival!

Unfortunately we have decided to close all PRE-PICKED strawberry FLATS till next week . This cooler weather has slowed the ripening process WAY down . We need to let everything catch back up so we can continue to supply ya’ll hopefully till Mothers Day . ALL SCHEDULED FIELD TRIPS ARE STILL A GO !

Unfortunately due to the extent of rain damaged fruit we will NOT be open for U-Pick till further notice . We are stripping the red fruit and praying the green fruit won’t be damaged as well . Please keep checking our page for updates …

We are covered up and PRAYING for protection for not only our crops , but but for ALL farmers . Temps aren’t supposed to get above freezing today and plung into the teens tonight
