Yesterday we honored the challenge.
Today we focused on recovery.
A little rowing, some sit-ups, blood flow, movement, and getting the body moving again after Murph. Recovery days matter just as much as the hard days.
When soreness kicks in, the answer usually isn’t doing nothing. Smart movement helps reduce stiffness, improve circulation, speed recovery, and get you feeling better faster.
You don’t always need to go hard.
You just need to keep moving.
