2026 Farm Update!

🥬 The farm stand will be open on average just one weekend a month this year. I know, crazy. It’s not been an easy decision, but it is the right one for the farm in 2026. Due to the size of my gardens, I’m unable to produce enough veggies to be satisfied with my weekly Saturday offerings. It’s been frustrating to sell out of greens so quickly because of low stock, or have things go to waste because it’s a slow Saturday. This new schedule will allow me to better pace my lettuce production and offer so much more to you on the days that I am open.

🥬 If you can’t live without weekly greens, purchase a CSA Membership this year! Free local delivery on Fridays. Check the comments for a link to my website for more info!

🥬 I’ve also dedicated my free time these past few years to learning the local landscaping trade, and am excited to continue feeding that passion by building it into my business and completing projects for folks on LBI.

*BAKED GOODS?!*
To get myself back into the farmstand routine, I've decided to sell a small amount of baked goods at the farm stand in Holgate until the farm season kicks off.

Starting Valentine's Day at 8AM, I will be selling valentine's cookie boxes that include: two flavors of macarons - vanilla bean and strawberry drizzled with dark chocolate, classic brownies, mini chocolate covered peanut butter and caramel hearts. I'll also have hot coffee and some individual sweets for sale. Everything is from scratch using the cleanest ingredients I can find. Stay tuned for pictures in the coming days!
