It’s officially strawberry season 🍓❤️
I started this strawberry patch over 6 years ago next to my barn
I love how strawberry plants send out runners and spread! Because I definitely didn’t plant thi many and my strawberry patch keeps growing 🥰
Now I get fresh strawberries daily,
With no pesticides 🚫
And I get to pick them in my jammies 🩷🍓❤️

I honestly thought this would take a couple hours…
And it took me the entire day in 85 degree heat 🥵
To say I underestimated this project is an understatement 😅
I planted these 6 years ago when I did my flagstone patio and everything was so small
Now my shrubs and leggy and crowding my hydrangeas
Now my hydrangeas will be able to thrive! 🫶🏼
It’s not uncommon for me to move something more than once if I don’t like it or it’s not thriving 😅
Oh well! I can’t sit still anyway
Relax? What’s that🤪 😅🤣

I refuse to go another summer without my boat 🚤☀️🌊
This is by far the most intimidating work I’ve attempted on my boat, actually any of my toys 😅
The outdrive has to come off to do the drive shaft bellows and gimbal bearing.
Also needs a new shift cable and throttle cable.
I’ve been sitting on parts since last year.
Today I took it apart and got the outdrive off.
Confirmed everything I diagnosed and got parts for 😅
Now the fun part- putting the new parts in and putting it all back together again 😅
10 years I’ve owned this boat 🚤
I love my boat and my Lake Michigan summers in this small town
I will get it up and running again and on the water 🌊☀️
