It’s Ramp time! Wild ramps are my favorite flavor profile for my sourdough bread. It has this garlicky/oniony flavor that pairs gloriously w sharp cheddar cheese. Unfortunately, we can only get for a short window once a year. I’m thankful to my sweetheart of a husband who’s going to go out of his way to get me some goods each week as long as they’re good.
