September Holland Farmers Market Schedule posted.
Heads up- we will be doing every other Saturday because our boys are both in cross country. October will be mostly Wednesdays so you can plan accordingly ☺️

A customer at Saturday mentioned he was making BLT’s that evening with our and I couldn’t get it out of my head. Brents review: best he’s ever had 🙌. Doesn’t hurt that I had a fresh tomato straight from our garden 😉
Ingredients:
Bacon ( tip- I bake in oven on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet- way less messy and easy clean up)
Tomato (bonus points if it’s locally grown- I promise it’ll be more delish!)
Herb Mayo- (Dukes- from a forever Hellman’s gal, it’s dukes all the way!!! Mixed with some Italian herb seasoning)
Fresh Microgreens- I used Classic mix which was SOOO good! Tiniest kick from the arugula paired perfectly along with the broccoli, cabbage, kale blend
Cheese- whichever you prefer! All I had was shredded Colby Jack
Bread- toasted on the pan in Kerry gold butter (this is the way.)
Voila!!! The perfect B.M.T!!!

Microgreens go with everything!!!! Elevate any dish by topping with some of these tasty nutritious greens! My Grandma was from Hungary and this was one of our favorite dishes she would make. It always makes me think of her 💓 (Also I cook like her and never follow a recipe for chicken paprikash 🤣) 🇭🇺

🔔Heads up your wonderful customers- we are having to cancel market tomorrow due to Alyssa still being sick and Brent unavailable to work the market Wednesday. We are able to fill orders for direct pick up if you’d prefer not to wait until Saturday so please reach out and we can arrange that for you.

Microgreens available for pickup Wednesday are: Broccoli, Spicy Salad Mix, Classic Salad Mix, Michigander Madness, and Cantaloupe
Pick location south side of holland (close to saugatuck)
