Local lettuce may be hard to find right now, but you can still have an amazing salad. I made this one with our microgreens (broccoli, radish, pea and sunflower), cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

Did someone say GREEN BEANS?! Harvested today; on your table tomorrow!

See me at the Uptown Maumee Farmer's Market Wednesday and the Perrysburg Farmer's Market Thursday.

Lori and I had some for dinner last night, sautéed with salt, pepper and garlic, and sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Fantastic!
