Our small farmers are concerned that customers may not know all the great uses for quail eggs.

Per Naomi: "Tell them they can use them just like a chicken egg only smaller or even hard boil them as a cute little snack!"

We love the idea of adding these adorable hard boiled eggs with salt to bento-style lunches once school starts!
