After-market dinner 🌾
When the tents come down, dinner comes together—built with ingredients from the people I stand beside each week
Pan fried rockfish with white wine, shallot and green olive sauce, roasted delicata squash with blue cheese, pumpkin seeds and drizzle of honey, roasted cauliflower and mushrooms with sliced garlic& parsley and toasted sourdough bread topped with shredded radish butter & flake salt .
Tonight’s plate featured:
-Fresh local Rockfish
delicata squash, watermelon & French radishes & cauliflower
- creamy blue cheese
-local honey from my favorite squeeze pouch!

Since the café’s inception in 2016, our business has evolved and developed so many arms. From just a restaurant to a caterer to prepared meals to cooking classes and community service, we have followed the needs of our customer base and community wherever it has taken us. With that, to say we have learned a lot is an understatement! I am so proud of where we are and where we are heading. Having all of our work now in one place online for folks to seek out our variety of services has been a longtime goal that I have been working on vigorously. Please check it out!
