Each year, the Ozeki brewmaster in charge would create their own version of the Platinum Limited Edition. Current brewmaster Kenta Horie says "I have tasted thousands of sake in various sake competitions and have developed a core sense of what constitutes a delicious sake. With my experiences and knowledge, I have come up with my own ideas and techniques to create a desired taste and I am confident in creating a sake that is more delicious than the sake brewed in Japan."
