Hi all! With the Spring season officially upon us it’s time to get out spring orders put together for our all naturally pasture raised beef, lamb, pork and goat. At this time we are only able to sell whole and half animals, all USDA inspected, vacuum packed, and cut to your specifications. We have an extra whole pig available this week for pick up! Cuts include loin chops, bacon, jowl bacon, hams or ham steaks, country style ribs or butt chops, spare ribs, breakfast sausage links, back fat, etc. All USDA inspected, cryovaced, and labeled. All uncured naturally smoked ham and bacon.
