We're back in the saddle again!! Many thanks to Chadwick Creek Oysters for the beautiful babies that are now swimming in Stump Sound. We hope to harvest the fast growers by the holidays 🦪

After a few farm showings and offers that we just couldn't accept at this time, we have decided to stick it out and replant. We're having to downsize some, since Robert is returning to teaching, but our Stump Sound Salts will again be available soon (ready to slurp up by the holidays).

To all 8th Wonder friends and family, we are deeply saddened to inform you that we, Robert and Jamie, have decided to put our farms up for sale in the very near future. This is the 4th year in a row that the drought has caused complete mortality and starting over year after year is a young person's game of which we are not. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know our fellow farmers, restaurants, seafood markets and customers of the hundreds of thousands of oysters sold through the years. This was not a decision made lightly but we will always love this chapter of our lives.
I, Jamie, am still in the classroom and Robert is going back to it too as he's well on his way to retirement with the school system.

Thank you all for everything that you have done to support us; we couldn't have gotten this far without each and every one of you! 🦪💔
