ence of over thirty years, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to meet the demands and trends of coffeehouses that will make all of our customers shine. When Java Estate opened nearly twenty years ago, our goal was to share our love of coffee and industry information with our regional customers. In the early days, co-owners and friends, Walter Bateman and Michael Greenwood, spent countless hours roasting and blending various coffees to prepare the finest specialty coffee drinks available in North Carolina. While our team has grown, Java Estate is still known for sharing their knowledge of roasting operation and coffee preparation. From hosting trainings in our Hampstead, NC facility to visiting customers to help with on-site questions, we believe education has been one of the attributes that make us a great wholesale coffee partner. Our team has defined our mission as being “your one call gets it all” coffee supplier. Since each one of our employees has experienced a moment where a cup of coffee changed their whole relationship with it in some way, we are committed to helping people have the same awesome experiences with coffee that we have. COOKIE BUTTER LATTE
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Monin Cookie Butter® Syrup
2 shot(s) espresso
6 oz. steamed milk
Glass: Mug
Garnish: cinnamon powder
Glass Size: 16 oz.

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients, except milk, in serving cup.
Stir and set aside.
Steam milk in pitcher.
Pour steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently.
Garnish.
