National Cow Appreciation Day
The cow is the backbone of our operation.
She is the foundation that makes everything we do possible. Every great herd begins with great cows, and every breeding decision should start by studying the females behind the pedigree. Remember, a bull will leave daughters that resemble the kind of cow he came from. Before you buy a bull, study his mother and the cow family behind him.
Today, we celebrate the cow.
Our cowherd is the hardest-working part of Twisted Fork Angus Farms—bar none. Day after day, year after year, they raise the next generation and build the genetic foundation of our program. Without them, there would be no herd, no progress, and no future.
Today we pause to appreciate the females that make it all possible.
