This post gets me all emotional because it's all about teachers. Y'all, what they've done this year to serve your and my kiddos has been nothing less than amazing. I've witnessed them teaching lessons over Zoom or Google Meet, sometimes while simultaneously teaching in-person students, spending time answering heaven-knows-how-many e-mails from me asking for help understanding the homework, calling me on the phone to commend that struggling kid for really having a great day......the list goes on. There are no words to adequately express the value of *that* teacher - you know the one - the teacher who's bent over backwards to serve his or her students well this year, despite all the challenges along the way. For that we thank them.

One of my most favorite indulgent treats is to take a scoop of caramel and stir it into a steaming cup of coffee. If I’m feeling super festive I will even sq**rt some whipped cream on top. Move over Starbucks!
