It’s National Chicken Wing Day, and if you’ve had ours… you already know. 🍗🔥

We’re told time and time again that they’re the best wings they have ever had—and after hearing it over and over, we’re not about to argue!

Every order starts with jumbo wings, coated in our house-made dry rub, then slow-smoked over hickory for a subtle kiss of smoke and unbelievably juicy meat. When you order, we finish them in the flash fryer for that crispy skin everyone loves.

A Quick Menu Update 🥗

Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve decided to temporarily remove all lettuce and salads from our menu while the current food safety investigation is ongoing.

To be clear, we have not had any reports of illness associated with our restaurant. This is simply a proactive decision because the health and safety of our guests always come first.

We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll bring salads back to the menu once we’re confident it’s safe to do so. Thank you for your continued support! ❤️🍺

If you’re one of our neighbors dealing with the Grand Blanc power outage, come cool off with us just a few minutes down the road.

Our kitchen has been hard at work prepping all day, and our pitmaster has been out over the smoker in this heat making sure there’s plenty of tender delicious meat ready for you.

Our July “Taste the Islands” food specials have officially arrived! Chef Evan has created a Caribbean-inspired menu packed with bold spices, tropical flavors, with a Battle Alley twist.

🌴 This month’s featured specials:

🍗 Jamaican Jerk Wings – Crispy smoked wings with authentic island jerk seasoning.

🍔 Beach Bum Burger – A smashed Angus burger topped with a smoked pulled pork patty, pineapple bacon jam, crispy onions, and lettuce.

🧀 Jamming Rasta Pasta – Smoked jerk brisket over creamy mac & cheese with our house “Mother-in-Law” pepper blend, pickled onions, and citrus herb sauce.

🥪 Island Tiki Tikka Chicken Sandwich – Fried chicken thigh with Caribbean tikka sauce, tropical slaw, and citrus herb drizzle.

In years past, we’ve spent the day after cleaning up a tremendous amount of trash, and a neighboring dumpster exploded from discarded fireworks. By reserving our parking lot for our guests, we can help keep the area clean and safe. We know our amazing customers take pride in respecting our property and our neighbors, and we truly appreciate it.
