We’re a couple weeks late getting our official September specials video out — but we’ve had a lot going on at the Alley! Chef Evan is back to walk you through this month’s lineup, and September is all about Oktoberfest flavors with a Battle Alley twist.

🥨 Bierhalle Nachos — Corned beef, sauerkraut, caramelized onions, Swiss & Russian dressing

🧀 Bavarian Mac — Swiss-caraway mac, corned beef, collard greens & crispy onions

🍔 Corned Beef Patty Melt — Double burger, corned beef, Swiss, kraut & Russian dressing

🥙 Munich Market Gyro — Corned beef, smoked kraut, collards, feta & caraway tzatziki

🍗 Festbier Wings — Our crispy wings tossed in horseradish Alabama White BBQ

🥗 Brussels Sprout Salad — Butternut squash, cherries, cashews, feta & citrus-maple dressing
🔥 Hausbreaker Rebel Roll — Corned beef, kraut, collards, Swiss & Russian dressing
🌶️ Sauce of the Month: Spicy Bavarian Mustard BBQ
🍎 Apple Crumb Cake Cannoli — Because Oktoberfest needs dessert too.

And that corned beef isn’t coming out of a package. We start with prime brisket, put it into our house-made brine for 4–5 days to develop that signature corned beef flavor and beautiful pink color, then do things the Battle Alley way — a few hours on the smoker for just a kiss of smoke before wrapping and finishing in a more traditional way until we get the texture we’re looking for.

🍻 Saturday, September 26 is our BIG Oktoberfest celebration, including the release of our Oktoberfest Märzen — but we’re celebrating Oktoberfest flavors all month long at Battle Alley!

🔥 We’re excited to see everyone this weekend! 🍻

At Battle Alley, we smoke all of our meats right here, the traditional way, but we’re definitely not your traditional BBQ restaurant!

We take those smoked meats and turn them into killer sandwiches, loaded nachos, salads, and Rebel Rolls — gastropub-level flavors packed inside crispy egg rolls, monthly specials and so much more.

It’s National Chicken Wing Day, and if you’ve had ours… you already know. 🍗🔥

We’re told time and time again that they’re the best wings they have ever had—and after hearing it over and over, we’re not about to argue!

Every order starts with jumbo wings, coated in our house-made dry rub, then slow-smoked over hickory for a subtle kiss of smoke and unbelievably juicy meat. When you order, we finish them in the flash fryer for that crispy skin everyone loves.

A Quick Menu Update 🥗

Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve decided to temporarily remove all lettuce and salads from our menu while the current food safety investigation is ongoing.

To be clear, we have not had any reports of illness associated with our restaurant. This is simply a proactive decision because the health and safety of our guests always come first.

We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll bring salads back to the menu once we’re confident it’s safe to do so. Thank you for your continued support! ❤️🍺
