Happy Thursday, everyone!

We’re open and smoking!

The sun is finally making an appearance today, and after the weather we’ve been having, we’ll gladly take a little Vitamin D.

The smokers have been rolling since early this morning, the sides are made, and we’re ready to serve up some real BBQ. Whether you’re craving brisket, pulled pork, ribs, a Mac Bowl, or just a side of beans that you swore you weren’t going to order but somehow always do, we’ve got you covered.

My FBI agent listening to me call yet another person to tell them about the brisket I’m smoking…

As we head into a jam-packed catering season, we figured we’d remind everyone of something…

The same care, attention, and quality that goes into every brisket sandwich, combo plate, rack of ribs, side of mac & cheese, and piece of cornbread we serve every day is exactly what goes into our catering.

We don’t have a “restaurant version” and a “catering version.”

The brisket in those catering pans is the same brisket we’re slicing fresh at the service window every day. The sides are made from scratch. The food is prepared with the same standards we’d expect if we were serving it to our own family.
