Hello former and new Pickers!
It looks the the blueberries and blackberries won't be ripe until closer to July 10. Because of the spring with plentiful rain, there are lots of berries. We'll keep you posted!

EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLERPreheat oven to 350Wash: 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberriesMelt: 1 stick of butter in 9x13 panC...

EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLER
Preheat oven to 350
Wash: 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
Melt: 1 stick of butter in 9x13 pan
Combine:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp of baking powder
Add:
1 cup of milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mix to combine and pour over melted butter.
Sprinkle berries over the batter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. The batter will rise up over the berries.
Serve plain or with ice cream.

It's a great day to pick blueberries! There are still a lot of berries waiting to be put in muffins, cobblers or your freezer for pancakes in December.
