Regardless on if we can raise enough money to throw a crawfish boil this July 4th the Ghetto Gourmets are going to create the most delicious Andouille you ever had. Natural cased chunky minced pork shoulder, Duck Fat, Smoked paprika and cayenne pepper, and Sweet Portuguese port wine. Smoked with Oak and Cherry wood.

After the winter killed most of my garden, I had to start from, scratch. We got Ghost Peppers. Reapers, Scotch Bonnets, and Jalapeno seedlings all snug in their new pots!
