Creating this magnificent focaccia bread with b**a fermentation was a labor of love that spanned 2 days, but the wait was worth it - the end result is truly divine, made with all organic ingredients and unique toppings such as cream fraiche, caramelized onions, smoked mushrooms, pepper crispy bacon, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and an abundance of olive oil; after a day of crafting the b**a and another day of mixing, pulling, stretching, and proving, the bread baked to perfection in just 19 minutes, yielding an absolutely scrumptious outcome .. who is ready for the challenge ?

For Dinner tonite as i was feeling far East Asian cuisine so I’ve made Mongolian beef with pea pods 🫛 , bokchoi and jasmine rice on a side choice with all authentic aromatics are used for this beautiful dish are, ginger, garlic,green scallions,chili peppers,sesame oil,dark soy,rice vinegar,hoisin sauce,oyster sauce all was too good ,,no more Chinese take out mine kicks ass 😝
