I have been being asked about opening date for 2021. There will be NO opening date. My in laws have have officially retired. After last year and now this year with about a 10% crop they have decided to enjoy the kids. grand kids and great grand kids. Doug will keep working on developing more varieties of apples to go with his Pazzaz and River Bells. Gale will enjoy pop in visits from her grand kids with great grand kids in tow. We want to thank everyone for all the years of coming out supporting the family farm for all these many years. It was not a easy choice to make but one that had to be made. If you wish to leave comments about the fun times you have had coming to the farm please do. I know I will miss seeing you all this fall. Again a HUGE thank you to everyone who has come out over the years.

Heads up to all our loyal apple picking customers. Last day to pick will be Saturday October 3rd. With the huge crowds we have been having we are anticipating maybe running out of apples! We will have enough for Saturday but Sunday will be a no go. Honeycrisp are still great and the Pazzaz are going to be near perfect with these cool temps. Come out to stock up for winter. Please pass the word to all your friends. See everyone Saturday.

Stopped in on my way home to check things out. Looking at all the apples on the trees you would not belive they were all already picked once. But Honeycrisp ripen at different rates so what was not ready last week might be ready this weekend. Lots of beautiful apples for picking. Open up at 9 am tomorrow morning until 5 pm then again on Sunday. Weather sounds good for all weekend. If we do get hit with a storm. I'll update the page asap. See everyone this weekend.
