This week we're heading to the Texas Gulf Coast with a menu inspired by the bold, comforting flavors of Galveston, Texas!
Galveston cuisine is a unique blend of Texas barbecue, Gulf Coast seafood, Southern comfort food, and Tex-Mex influences. It's all about fresh seafood, smoky barbecue, hearty portions, and big, satisfying flavors that bring people together around the table.

Three bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp stuffed with cream cheese.
🍲 Chicken Tortilla Soup
A hearty blend of chicken, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and poblano peppers in a chipotle-lime seasoned broth finished with crispy tortilla strips, cilantro, and shredded cheddar.
