Corn Silage Harvest 2021

Corn Silage is in full swing with both our crews going strong - We are about 1/2 way through corn silage. Most of our area got a solid rain overnight so taking time to maintenance equipment and rest up before we finish the last half of corn and start into forage sorghum!

Late to the party updating but our spring harvest started around the middle of April and we have been going full throttle since! We have been able to meet new customers this spring and continue working for ones we have worked with in the past. Currently back home while we wait out all the rain.

We started on forage sorghum over the weekend and are plowing away. Lots of great feed out there. We are fortunate to be using the direct disc and building a solid silage pile for our customer.

Special Shoutout to our employees on the road hauling grain this week...they start there week on Sundays and back home by Friday afternoon/evening. They push to bring farmers the very best in a timely manner.

Weekend Vibes - Loaded Up and Ready for the next job 🚜🌽

Crazy to think we’re half way done with corn silage and preparing for forage sorghum. Our crews are wrapping up corn and will switch to sorghum here in the next couple weeks!!

As corn and bean harvest starts up please keep your eyes open to machinery and oversized loads on the highways.

We wrapped up chopping and packing silage at a feedlot this week just in time before the rain hits! After about 35 days straight of running hard with long 14 hour days looks like our crews get a much needed couple days off. Blessed for some much needed rain.
