People often ask us what happens after the cherries come off the trees. The short answer: a lot! 😄

Great coffee isn't made in one moment. It comes from dozens of small decisions, starting with picking only ripe cherries and continuing through washing, drying, and every careful step before roasting.

It's slow work, and it's our favorite part of the job.

Just another day of picking coffee cherries, with a few unexpected visitors along the way. 🌿☕️🦎
