This position is located in Northeast Colorado and is a full-time role. The primary responsibilities include managing center pivot irrigation systems, monitoring crops for weeds and insects, identifying and repairing equipment issues, and operating agricultural machinery as needed.

This opportunity is eligible for a TN visa, and a related bachelor’s degree is required. Prior experience in agriculture or agronomy is preferred.

We are seeking a Forage Crew Leader that would be involved in the day-to-day field operations of cutting, chopping, and bagging the farm’s own forage crops including alfalfa haylage, corn earlage, and small grain silages. The Crew Leader will manage a team of equipment operators and be responsible for proper maintenance of equipment and working with the Forage Manager to achieve quality targets.

This is a full-time, year-round position (relocation to the Holyoke, CO area is required). Pro-Ag harvests its own crops so travel outside of the area is minimal, plan to be home nightly. Harvest and/or forage experience is a must. Spanish speaking skills a plus.

We offer salary based on experience and a targeted 10% annual bonus, health insurance, 401K with company match up to 5%, company pick-up and cell phone, tool allowance, life insurance, and paid time off.

An established specialty crop farm is looking for a qualified farm manager. We operate newer John Deere equipment and use progressive farming practices and current technology like Ag Sense to monitor pivots and Granular to organize field activities. Duties include:
- Crop production
- Center pivot irrigation monitoring and maintenance
- Operate fertigation and chemigation through center pivots
- Oversee and direct custom farmers
- Equipment operation and maintenance including planting and harvest
- Basic farm inventory tracking

An ideal candidate will have prior farm management experience including edible bean production, center pivot experience, and a strong background in agronomy. The farm manager is expected to take ownership of all farm related activities and work to meet the agronomic and budget goals for the farm.

Applicant must be able to lift 80 pounds, have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record, be a self-starter and able to work independently.

Compensation is based on experience. We are open to delaying the start date until after this current growing season.
