How do you like your steak cooked? 🥩 Buying quality beef is a critical part to having an amazing steak, but there’s still more to it! Cooking your steak to the proper temperature is essential for making your next meal a fantastic one. Temperature checking your steaks with a thermometer is the best method to ensuring your meat is cooked the way you want. Inserting your thermometer through the side of the steak until it reaches the center is the best practice to make sure you’re getting an accurate reading. So, how do you like your steaks cooked? 🥩
