Edited to add- We have another round of Paella today and it sooo much better than yesterday’s!!!! TRUST US ON THIS ONE! 🤤

WELL… we are trying something new today!

We’ve got Basque-style Paella with fresh homemade Basque-style bread on the menu today at noon!

Is it traditional paella? Nope.
Did we put our own spin on it? We wouldn’t be us if we didn’t.
Are we curious what y’all think? VERY.

Come give it a try while it lasts and let us know your verdict!
👍 Make it again!
😂Well, that was fun!
Either way, we can take it.

We’re BACK and ready to rock & roll! The ladies appreciated y’all keeping them busy while we were out of town this weekend - they loved seeing all your faces! ❤️ (Pssst… Kita said to tell y’all she misses seeing all her familiar faces and all the new faces she seen this weekend! She may not get to help us as much as she’d like these days, but she sure does miss seeing everyone come to the eatery 🥰)
And Cara’s still popping in a few days a week, keeping us on our toes and catching up with everyone!
HERE’S OUR SPECIALS FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS-

TUESDAY: Pulled Pork OR Brisket BBQ Bowls! Y’all have been asking when these bad boys were coming back… well, HERE WE GO! 🤤

WEDNESDAY: Basque Paella with Basque-style bread. If you know, you know… and if you don’t, Wednesday might be the day to find out.

BBQ FRIDAY: Ohhhh, it’s in the works. And I REALLY want to tell you what we’re doing… but apparently I’m supposed to keep my mouth shut until later this week. 🤐🤣
We all know keeping a food secret isn’t exactly my strong suit, so place your bets on how long I make it before I spill the beans. 😂 Stay tuned… this one is gonna be GOOD

A small town thrives when its businesses thrive!!!

It’s exciting to see our community grow and welcome new businesses, big and small. But as we grow, let’s not forget the local businesses that have been here, showing up, supporting our community, and helping make our town what it is.
There’s room for everyone. When businesses support one another and our community continues to shop, share, recommend, and show up for local, we all grow stronger together.
Growth is a good thing — especially when we bring everyone along with it. ❤️
And from our little business to all of you — thank you. Every visit, purchase, recommendation, shared post, and kind word means more to us than you probably realize. We’re incredibly grateful that you continue to choose us, and we love seeing that same support being poured into other local businesses as well. This community is pretty special, and we’re so thankful that our family is a part of it.

It’s ready for you 😃
