Custom Livestock Processing: L&L Meats prides itself on the ability to process farmers and consumers personal livestock. L&L Meats has the ability to utilize a mobile butcher trailer to meet the customer and start the process of butchering their livestock on site. Once the product is transported back to the business, the customer will be able to request customized cuts of meat off their animal so that the final product meets their expectations and is tailored specifically to them, while keeping the integrity of their personally raised meat. In addition to doing custom livestock for farmers, L&L Meats has partnered with a distributor having the ability to order whole beef and pork to complete the same process for a customer that does not have the means of raising their own livestock at their residence, while still holding the integrity of a personally raised piece of livestock.

Current processing prices:
▪️ Deer/Antelope — $175
▪️ Whole Elk — $300
▪️ Quartered Elk — $200
▪️ Quartered Moose — $300

These prices include cutting and wrapping your steaks and roasts, plus grinding your trim.

Please note: Adding fat to burger or turning trim into breakfast sausage costs extra.

Two lucky winners will each receive one half of a pig, processed according to their own cutting instructions. Bacon 🥓, chops 🍖, roasts, sausage 🌭, smoked products 🔥—you choose what works best for your family!

L&L Meats co-owner Kortney Bahem is also a Boise Saddle & Jump Club board member and has personally benefited from the BSJC scholarship program while pursuing her own riding goals. 🐴✨
Because of that firsthand experience, supporting this scholarship raffle is especially meaningful to our business.

Unfortunately, a customer had to back out of the purchase, so this beautiful grain-finished Angus half is now available 🌽🌾

We’re excited to share that we have one last round of whole and half pigs available before county fair season kicks off. Pigs will be slaughtered on *Monday, July 20.*

We’ve been a little quiet online as we navigated major life changes, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and support during this season.

✅ Price INCLUDES purchase, slaughter fee, processing, smoked products, and sausage
✅ Custom cut and wrapped to your instructions
✅ Whole carcasses average around 220 lbs

💰 Pricing:
• Whole pig: $750 ($400 Deposit)
• Half pig: $400 ($200 Deposit)
