The decision opens the door for brewing establishments to host live music, dancing and other forms of entertainment under free-speech protections.

Whoa! We, along with Grace Ridge Brewing, and a kombucha bar in another part of the state sued the state over the prohibition on live music at brewing establishments...and we just won in court! Any brewery or winery in Alaska can now host a musician or band, a first for our state! Judge's decision here (the good stuff is toward the end):
