We provide our customers with young animals, not old, tired milk cows that we raise. Our animals are raised to 1,000—1,200 pounds and are under two years old. Whether you want pasture-raised for health reasons or just want a great tasting steak to share with friends and family, our beef is bursting with flavor, tenderness, and nutrition. Beef ! We have a limited number of halves and quarters available in March and April. Processing to be done by Manns Custom Meats. These are well finished 2 year old animals. Never treated with antibiotics, never grain fed.

Total price- including all processing is $4.50/ # hanging weight. Approximate hanging weights are 350 # for a half; 175 # for a quarter.
