We are so proud of our pork. We probably talk about it too much (don't invite us to a dinner party if you don't want to talk about pigs) but it takes a lot of work to produce some of the finest pork on the peninsula. Every time we take it to a butcher and they comment on how good they look, or a customer tells us they couldn't believe the taste, we know its worth it. Our pigs are happy, they're healthy, and you can 100% taste the difference.
